Fagus taurica
Crimean beech

Crimean beech (Fagus taurica) is a deciduous tree native to the Crimean Peninsula. It is considered to be a hybrid between the European beech (Fagus sylvatica) and oriental beech (Fagus orientalis), but little is known about this species.
