IUFRO Webinar - Forest Adaptation through Assisted Migration and Landscape Breeding

The IUFRO Working Party 2.02.05 will launch a new webinar series on 25 September 2025. The opening session, held online from 18:00–19:00 CEST, will feature Prof. Milan Lstibůrek (Czech University of Life Sciences, Prague) presenting “Integrating Pollen-Based Assisted Migration and Rolling-Front Landscape Breeding for Forest Adaptation under Climate Change”.
The session will be moderated by Dr Debojyoti Chakraborty, Senior Scientist at the Austrian Research Centre for Forests (BFW) and Coordinator of IUFRO 2.02.05. The series aims to foster global knowledge exchange and highlight innovative strategies for forest adaptation to climate change.
